How to Read This Dashboard
  • • Performance Metrics are based on the selected performance period.
  • • Organization Overview is all-time and does not change with filters.
  • • Open Tickets = any ticket not currently closed.
  • • Upcoming Onsite Visits = future scheduled onsite visits.
  • • Overdue Onsite Visits = onsite visits with past dates still unresolved.
  • • Click a store or supervisor patch to drill into tickets, then click a ticket number for details.
